Hi. I started my Gowri Virtham 3 days ago, and this is my first Gowri Virtham. I'm doing this for a personal issue so I turned toward God to help me through. Its for my marriage problem. (not married ) The man I love and I are separated,were having some personal problems and issues right now, a lot of heart ache and sadness in my life. He's been avoiding me for long time, he lost the love that he used to have for me. I'm worried that my wedding dreams with this man will come to an end soon. I have no one to turn to other than God. So I want to perform this Virtham as I heard this is a very powerful Virtham. I'm doing this with great dedication, I chant "Om Nama Shivaya" 108x in the morning and night, and eat only at night. During the day time I don't eat or drink anything until I get the "Theertham" from the temple. Would this Virtham help me?
Hi hema , i want to share with u that instead of Gauri Vrat , ekadashi vrat is more powerful because this vrat belongs to Lord vishnu or Krsna who is supreme personality of all demigods & gods like shiva & brahma ,for that vrat u need to chant 108 times mahamantra Hare Krsna Hare Krsna ,Krsna Krsna Hare Hare , Hare Ram Hare Ram , Ram Ram Hare Hare u can chant this mantra any time ,if u want to knw more let me knw i m sure by this fast or chanting u ll gt the mercy of krsna or vishnu as soon s pble & everything will be alrite. hi Hema, Don't worry. God just tests your patience. Thats it.. Godess Parvathi also had to do penance to marry Lord Shiva. Your deep devotion has the solutions. Any ritual done with a pure heart has its good results. My piece of advice is.. If its possible for you..do the SANTOSHI MATA VRAT. This is a Vrat done on fridays praying Santoshi mata. It is simple 16 fridays fast & puja and Santoshi mata fulfills your desire. But be sure and careful about the rules of the Vrat. Faith on god gives surprises...just smile....just be happy...
