    I tried making kadhi. It was really tasty. What I liked the most was the bhajiyas with so less oil. :thumbsup

    I just had a suggestion. I dont know if it is possible. Could you put all your recipes in one place with an index, so it will be easy to check out the recipes. Like for eg, under "P" , there would be paneer with capicum & tomato and creamy spinach paneer.

    Hi Shiva,

    Thanks a lot for the recepie, i have spinach at home and will make it tomm..
    Yesterday evening i made kadi and it was too good, but the only thing was the bhajias came lil big, i didnt realise when i put the batter on the tawa, it got spread, this is a lesson, so next time vn i make i vil make sure, i put very less batter on the tava, but i tel u even vthout the bhajias the liquid was too good...my DH loved it...Thanks a lot for the recepie.
    Today also i made oats, wheat roti vth carrots, beand and capsicum, applied a lil ghee, they r too tasty..going to try some other variety tomm...Thanks a lot...u r simply great

    I am glad to know that you and your DH liked the kadhi. You can drop 1 tsp bhajiya batter for each bhajiya and when you cover the pan they will get cooked and the batter won't spread.

    Hey Shiva thanks alot for the recipe index. It makes it so much more simpler to find recipes.

    I tried making your sweet potato nests. I was wondering if you need a binding agent to keep it intact? Somehow it didnt really turn out v crispy and it wasnt together like a nest . I really dont know where I went wrong

    Dear Contented,

    Did the sweet potatoes had a white texture once you peeled the skin off. As sweet potato has its own starch it does not need any binding agent, you just need to grate it and then assemble it in the toaster, with heat the shreds will be binded together with natural starch.

    I have seen sweet potatoes with orange color below the skin, I haven't tried the dish with them.

    I want to start eating salads, even my DH likes them, we eat salads in our canteen and spend a lot of money on them, i want to avoid eating at the canteen and make them at home and carry to office, can u please suggest dome recepies for making vegetable / sprout / fruit salads please
