    Dear Chitra

Happy Mother's day Wishes to you. Just now I finished baking peanut cookies. They have come out very well. I had some peanut butter left- smooth and crunchy. I used both and added maida and sugar and proceeded the way you have given. I didnot add any extra butter or nuts. It has turned out very well.

While in MadrasI tried Dumroot Halwa. Firsttime I made with pressure cooker but the taste was ras even after frying. So I tried the next time by frying in ghee first and then M.W. and procced they way you had written. It came out very well and was very much liked by all.

thank you so much for all your efforts and hard work.

    with Best Regards
    shubha

    hi madam,

made butter biscuit. It turned out very well and kept it in the convection as per the time given. it was golden crisp delicious. The next day also it was good. The second day it became soggy had just two pieces left. it was in air tight box wondering what was wrong may be must have baked for 5 minutes more or because of sugar powder dusting....

    thanks

    Sundari bhaskar
