Suggest a name for my twin kids (1boy&1girl)

Dear friends,

We are blessed with twins (1male & 1female) on 15th November 2009 and we are planning for the naming function this week. Can you please help me to find a better name for my kids?

Here are the some more details:

1. We are planning to name them with Lord MURUGAN's name
2. We consulted an astrologer and he suggested the below details
Baby Nakshthr - Swathi 3rd Padam
Rasi - Thula
Lagnam - Mithunam

The name should start with Ru, Ray, Ro, Taa (Long Pronounciation), Tha (Short Prono)
the above letters shows tamil pronounciation like Rukumani, Revathi.

I am trying my best to find lord murugan name but no luck so for. I hope our members would help me to get few good names.
