You may be right that the name of the place I'm thinking of is Dharma Karma, although I can't confirm it. Anyway if you have tried and tested the place then good idea to go there. I tried searching on Sulekha but that place isn't there.

Another idea is to browse through Sulekha for names of ladies who come to your house and do all this. I would have preferred that but I don't live near Edison and am kind of far from JC, so I just have to go to a parlour. Yes, you are right Shangar is next to Subzi Mandi, and they do allow men (yuck!).

Too bad we don't have many good options - either they are cheap but bad ambiance or expensive and good ambiance.

I am new to NJ.
I went to Salon Simran for waxing, threading and haircut and did not have a good experience. Threading and waxing was ok, waxing was pretty expensive though. I had to pay $40 for haircut ( $25 for haircut and she charged $15 for blowdry without even informing me that its an extra charge). I hate the way she cut my hair!! I will never go there Rant

Megna Beauty salon @ libertyve is gud one.But dont step into Sringar. not hygienic place....
