Festive occasions bring joy and is a great opportunity for the get together. Diwali dinner, bursting crackers with cousins, endless array of badushas, gulab jamuns what more do we need to have fun filled festival.

Some do's and don'ts to be followed for this contest:

DOs:

1. Make your contributions for this contest ONLY in the Functions Festivals Rituals forum here.
2. ONLY new threads started this month – October 2009 that get popular with maximum responses and participation from other members will be considered.
3. Avoid threads on common discussions like "Diwali celebrations", "Diwali sweets" etc. Those threads on generic discussions will not be considered as we are expecting better discussions here.
4. The threads should be started about Festivals not limiting to Diwali so that it will call for participation from co-members to share thoughts about the same.

DON'Ts:

1. No posting (copy-pasting) articles or information from other sources (like websites, books, magazines, emails etc.).
2.Please ensure that no hurting others sentiments.
