There are different types of glass paintings. not sure which one u want.
below ive stated 2 types of glass paintings

stain glass paintings- a liner is put on the outline and glass colours (solvent / water based) r filled inside

Reverse glass paintings- u can draw a outline either with a rotaring pen or use indian ink and fill in fabric colours or oil colours

for a reverse glass painting u also get printed glasses in all craft shops in chennai

1)hey that skin is done using the poster colours[normal paint]

yes u get 3D outliners in the colour we want
