I don't know what they actually do. But from what I have heard, not much. Recently in India, a woman exposed the torture she was subjected to. Her in laws and husband, all 3 of them, were physically assaulting her. When she showed the video, husband claimed she is a gold digger and finally broke the relationship. It only went south from there. OP can assess the situation and decide. 911 visiting will do no good. I am not saying she should put up. I am only saying she should know the consequences. If she is prepared for anything, let her go ahead. In my view she should brace herself and first stop trying to understand why he is doing it. It is of no use. It will reveal itself eventually.

But you must understand, you are undergoing serious chronic overthinking due to years to abuse. even if you want to continue together , you need some light medication or therapy . this is a pure selfish thing for you .

posting multiple threads, and taking multiple inputs will not go much help. at the end everyone one will say no Abuse call police. but your internal state which has been hurt a lot. you need some practical medical help and then counselling.
