What should we interpret if we dream of a alive person's death in our dream?

I presume your statement is in respect of dreamer and not the one viewed in dream dead.

 

AS a boy of twelve, I used to have a dream for over an year; on every Saturday night and Wednesday night. In my dream, I pour hot water over my oiled head & body from a bucket : then midway an invisible hand guiding me to the bottom of a huge temple tank and tank has many hot springs at its centre beneath forty or fifty feet. A mermaid like figure with crowned head gets up from an ornate dark couch to welcome me.

I experience this dream every time on the night of I take the hot water oil bath. I told my parents and they consulted experts and seniors. Till this day, I do not know what could be be the meaning of this dream. It was haunting me to think of my poorva Janna’s perhaps I belonged to some royal lineage a PALLAVA or chozha Pandya dynasty!

But then sixty six years later, to day I remembered this after seeing your post here. I recall the arguments that I had with my parents to stop taking warm oil bath during year 1952-53.

I would like to know your comments and interpretation of the dream which sometimes used to be reverie too. That is when I happen to take nap against wishes of my parents on the day of taking oil bath.
