Lol I’m hopeful that one day my dream come true .. Impossible is Nothing as I use Adidas . May be need to change the brand quickly. You already seem to be well versed in IL. You could expect the Finest poster too!
I wondered where I'd post things that pop up. And I saw the guide that said "right here": This forum is for Non-fiction writings - personal anecdotes, private reflections or touching experiences in your life!
Reflections, ramblings, etc.. dont fit here ? Where else could I go ? Please advise, and I shall request this lot be moved there.
thank you. I didn't know where I should start a thread in which I could post stuff and not expect much in return.
Never Mind.... Now in Community Chitchat location ! Although I wouldn't have thunk that this is where it belonged, here we are... We use this phrase "Never Mind" to tell someone not worry because it is not all that important, or to request someone to overlook a gaff, or a blooper. Gaffs, bloopers, odd-connections, notions and such pop up in my brain a lot. However, I lose most of them during the critical activities of the day, a few of them remain, and I mull over them a little before I tell myself never mind. Gilda Radner was an actress on television and some movies, she made in the phrase "Never Mind" almost a meme in her role as Emily Letilla, a slightly hearing impaired news correspondent. The other character she had played in the same late night news spoof was Roseanne Rosanadonna, an Agony Aunt, Feminist, and an occasional Invited Speaker to schools and colleges. Gilda Radner as Roseanne talked on many subjects, often veer off wildly, and eventually come around to the point, or sometimes she didn't. Gilda Radner died of ovarian cancer. We all cried, and were depressed for weeks.
