The compatibility between two is very good and this does not threaten any major issues.

At present, you are running the dasa of Venus, who is the lord of 6th and 11th houses, since you belong to Sagittarius (Dhanush) Lagna. As the 11th lord, it may not cause much harms; but as the 6th lord, there are chances for health issues; or debt or litigation.

In the chart of your husband, the 7th house is occupied by the house lord Mercury, Lagna and 10th lord Jupiter; 11th and 12th lord Saturn and also the 6th lord Sun. The conjunction of 6th lord Sun and the 12th lord Saturn is not good for marital harmony. At present, he is running the dasa of Jupiter and Bhukti of Saturn which will be operative end of the year, i.e. 31.12.2016. Hence, things will get improved after this period.
