no one can say if it is possible, unless u give a try. u can call ponan poosari center (after 7pm on his mobile) and enquire by telling them what ur problem is and if u can succeed with their medicines.

Do they give a common set of medicines.for every couple and treat them for all possible things that cud go wrong or treat individually according to whatever problem they have. The reason I'm asking is I have had 2 failed IVFs resulting in miscarriage. But diagnostic laparoscopy hasn't been done for me as no doctor has felt the necessity for it based on symptoms. After going through so much i dont want to go in for another procedure. But in case there is some hidden issue, I want to know if they can holistically treat both of us.

Our case is unexplained infertility. Thanks so much for all the other info you have given

If a person has Nil count it may be obstructive or non obstructive. In both cases surgical sperm retrieval can be done and can be frozen. It has higher Chances of finding sperm depending on your condition. Donor sperm option is to be considered only when Dr can't find any sperms after the procedure. First try to know the reason (hormonal/functional/structural blockage) why you have Nil count and proceed accordingly.

If it is nil sperm count, do change your food habits and see. Both of you can/Do take ladies finger daily (half cooked, just saute it with small onion and required salt (crystal salt is best for all TTC. if you want powdered salt, you can grind the crystal salt) because powdered salt will increase thyroid levels as well as sodium) this will help increasing egg and sperm quality as well as quantity and eat green leafy at least once in two days and do drink lots of water. also you can take sleek (vazhavazhappulla veggies) veggies like ladies finger. A BIG NO TO OUTSIDE AND SPICY FOOD (which will decrease egg or sperm quality and quantity). do try to grind home style masalas (not packed masalas). No non-veg items except egg and avoid heat producing items.

One of my friend had NIL SPERM COUNT. he was told that there is no blood circulation to produce sperm (nerve block in that area). He was also told to take (Mix equal amount of Apple cider vinegar, garlic juice, ginger juice, and lemon juice and heat in low flame for exactly 20 mins. and keep it aside for cooling. after it is cooled down and mix honey three times the mixed juice). keep it in a bottle, but do not refrigerate. take in morning before breakfast if you do not have acidity or else take in morning after breakfast and at night before going to bed ONLY one teaspoon respectively. BTW if you have nerve block, heart block or ladies tubal block or any types of block, you will have some pain in particular, but nothing to worry. it will remove the blocks you have and will have blood circulation. it is prescribed by an acupuncturist. Simultaneously you can do acupuncture for this. mixed juice and acupuncture should be done for minimum six months. If you have time early in the morning, you can also do surya namaskar in yoga for at least 5 minutes first and gradually you can increase. after six months check your semen count, if no improvement please PM me.

just now saw ur post, sorry for delay in replying. Yes you can surely conceive with nil sperm count. Once you visit ponnan poosari and if u see their album, there are so many couples with nil sperm count having conceived after taking their medicine. Their only condition is both husband and wife should take the medicine irrespective of who is having the problem. No need to go for donor sperm, just visit them once and see their album, then you will only get confidence, then you can start the treatment.
