Hi friends, I am having one super appam recipe. ( which my dad did yester day:thumbsup) 1 cup apple (grated) 1/2 cup badam (grated) 1 cup Wheat flour 1/2 cup rice flour 1/2 sp cardamom powder 1 tab sp coconut milk powder (maggi) 1 to 1 1/4 cup grated jaggry 2 sp sugar ghee to fry appams. Method: Mix all with less water. keep it for 20 min. Make 'appam' with the use of 'appa karal' Enjoy the appams. Note: I am attaching the photo here.

Rava dosa To make Rava dosa without rava, try this.:thumbsup Ingredients: 1 cup - Kuzhaputtu podi 3/4 cup - wheat flour 1 sp cumin seeds 2 - 3 green chilly - chopp well curry leaves salt oil to make dosa Method: Just mix all ingredients and make dosa dough. Let it be thin like 'Rava dosa dough' Make dosa with this dough immediately. No need to wait. You will get crispy golden coloured rava dosa.:crazy serve with any chutney or dosa melagai podi.:hiya
Wheat rava kesari One day I dont have Bombay rava so I tried Kesari in Wheat rava. It was too good. So I am giving the recipe here. You also try this and enjoy. Ingredients: sugar 2 cups fine wheat rava1 cup Ghee2 tab sp Kesari powder or yellow color 1/2 sp Cashews 1 tab. Sp crushed raisins 10 – 12 wash and clean Saffron strings 10 -12 Method: Heat the ghee and fry the cashews and raisins and keep aside. Fry the wheat rava in the ghee. Add the kesari powder to the 2 cups water and add to the fried wheat rava. Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed. You can close the lid for some time. After checking ( whether it cooked or not) add sugar. Mix well. Allow it to cook for a while. Add saffron stings, mix well. Add fried cashewnuts and kis mis and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
