    @lathababu I saw your other post and you just had baby. So take is slow and consult your pediatrician to know when to start solids.

    I am not sure what you're referring to as what to keep?

    Actually lactation of milk for me is low. so only i am willing to know solid food things now itlsef now

    Hi OP

    Talk to your ped about it. Meanwhile you can work on improving your supply.

    Peds recommend to wait till 6 months. Most people will not start until 4 months But I do know people started as early as 2.5 months. Also if baby has lot of reflux, sometimes, ped ask you to give rice cereals sooner.

    Best time to start the solid foods is around 6th month. I have started when my little one was around 6 months, by feeding smoothly smashed sweet potato, cereals, boiled carrot. He love to have those foods.

    I had come a baby food hope this can give a clear idea.
