    I dont see much better job in next 3 years, lthough he may apply for it.
    Thers some chance for rising salary but not huge.

    It looks like many ppl interfering your desicions and u worry too much.
    It will be difficult for travel, somewhat better to start buissnes, although it will need lot hard work.
    I dont know how to say it, but cards shows like you werent independent and all the time many ppl is disturbing in succes.
    Now and for future it appears.They rather arguing in words than actions.
    Especially older man, and partly older women.

    Funny situation showed-if you go abroad alone, you will earn/save more money and you get job there soon.
    Thers posilibity take kids, but then earnings will be lower, also finding proper job will take more time.

    But in both cases I see travel.
    So its up to you, first case give more money, second more happines.
    I would advice-go abroad with kids.
