Any theft is not related to ur transit planets. According to KP Astrology, whenever the periods relating to the 2nd, 7th and 12th houses are operated, there are chances for theft. At present, you are running the dasa of Venus, who is the lord of 7th as well 12th houses, places in the 7th house, and sub period of Jupiter, who is the lord of 2nd and 5th houses, who is well placed in your 5th house itself; which could be one of the reasons for ur theft.

Much importance need not be given for routine travels.

The progeny has to be studied from the 5th house of the Janma Lagna, Moon sign and also Jupiter sign. In the case of female natives, in addition to the 5th house, the 9th house has also to be studied for progeny.

In ur house, the 5th house is is occupied by Rahu; which will normally delay the progeny; however the 9th house is aspected by the 9th lord Sun, which is good.

In the case of your husband, the 5th lord Mars has gone to 9th house, which is extremely good. Considering from the Moon sign, the 5th house is occupied by Jupiter, Sun and Saturn; and the placement of Saturn in the 5th house from the Moon sign will normally delay the progeny and aspected by Ketu.

In as much as the running dasa and also the transit planets are favourable in both the cases, both of you may please try to go over to Kalahasthy, near Tirupathy and try to perform the remedial measures for progeny, which will be highly beneficial to you.
