    how many of you are interested to learn homemade wax / arabic wax recipe? This sure is an awesome way to get rid of unwanted hair without having to spend huge amount of money at parlor !!! bie1

    BEAUTY AND HEALTH DRINK RECIPE 2

    1 Beetroot
    1 Carrot
    1 Inch ginger
    1 cup Spinach
    1 Apple
    1 Cup water or as per requirement

    Grind all the ingredients to a super fine paste. Collect it in a glass / tumbler of your choice and have it the first thing in the morning .

    PLEASE DON'T ADD SUGAR / SALT TO TASTE . DON'T STRAIN .STRICTLY NO ICE. ICE CAUSES SUDDEN TEMPERATURE ATTACK AND IT IS HARMFUL TO HEALTH.

    WHAT DID YOU HAVE THE FIRST THING THIS MORNING ?

    I had 2 whole carrot the second thing this morning . Keep munching on those goodies "carrots" and fulfill that bodily demand for Vitamin A .

    Hi Meenueash,

    You are welcome dear. Tanning can be reduced with regular usage and scrubbing of masoor dal powder over the tanned areas.You may also try the below pack to get rid of the tan instantly to some extent . But regular usage always is beneficial providing a long lasting effect.

    1/2 - 1 banana( As per requirement)
    1 tps honey
    1 tsp milk
    1/2 lemon

    Smash the banana or grind it to a fine paste in the mixer . Mix all the other ingredients and apply it evenly over the tanned area and leave it as is for 20 mins.Give a gentle massage with mild circular strokes to remove the pack . Massage for 2-3 mins at least and wash it off with luke warm water . Pat dry and apply moisturizer of your choice.

    Keep alternating between banana and masoor dal tip every other day and this should solve most of your problem.

    maddy Wont the consitency be very thick if we try to accomodate it in 1 glass.
    I am yet to try this early in the morning. I drink 500 ml luke warm water+200 ml hot water+honey a little later. Do we need to soak methi or can we eat it just like that.

    so many infos...i just read this today
    me too have dry skin..and so have stopped moong dal powder on my body long back as it increases the dryness
    i ma sure gonna give a try of your recipes..
    will let you know

    and my dark circles have also reduced after i started drinking beetroot juice
    wl try your technique now

    Hi Haya, even my skin is dry and asked the same doubt to maddy. She adviced to apply gingely oil before bath and then use the powder as soap.
