The chart of your husband is supportive for business; however, he cannot expect much profit in his business due to the following reasons:

1) When there is connectivity between the lord of second house, lord of self earning/finance and the lord of 11th house are connected, it will give a good financial yoga.

It is better to wait for some time and for the present, it is advisable to continue the existing profession or search for profession, which is good for him because the significator for profession, i.e Mercury, who also happens to be the Lagna Lord Mercury is placed in the 12th house and also in retrograde motion.
