One easy solution, instead of taking some internal medicine like syrup or tablets -----Buy Glycerin Suppositories.
This suppository you have to insert in anal hole and wait for 30 mts, u get a anal pain with motion.

Since you are preg, it is better to put suppository. It won;t hurt your baby.

Otherwise, Rose Gulkhand put little in warm water and drink before sleep.
    Or
Rose surbath have two glasses in a day.
    or

Isabgol is the husk obtained from Psyllium plant. It is a natural vegetable product obtained from the seeds of this plant by milling. This product is mainly used as a bowel regulator. Isabgol absorbs water and swells up to give increased bulk in the intestine. It also increases the moisture content of the stools. This promotes the normal peristaltic movements and the bowel mobility. Isabgol is the age-old medicine used in ayurveda for the treatment of problems associated with constipation. - This my friend used to drink during preg.

sounds like my first trimester ! i couldnt even stand the odor of my husband lol !! dont worry dear.the best thing for constipation is high fiber foods like fruits and vegetables if you can bear it. for smell keep avoiding the smells that trigger nausea like visiting grocery store ,raw non vegetable.if you cant bear the smell of any cooking or masala just avoid it,order from outside and have it.the rule of thump is eat what you can and dont force you body to eat what body cant accept.nothing will happen to baby.just take the ride along with nature. for me smelling a lime wedge helped with smell problem. i used to even keep smelling it when i go outside.get some lemon/lime pickle,it was my saviour in first trimester. it kept down my food inside without vomiting it out.and at night if you have gas problem due to constipation or indigestion or anything just have a small slice or piece of ginger,it will make the storm inside the stomach calm and you can sleep well. if you cant stomach the water means you vomit when you drink plain water, make corriander water at home and drink it.it keeps the body cool and it isnt nauseating.all the best!! dont worry ,trust me this too shall pass and second trimester is going to be rocking:thumbsup

Why dont you try this? Do you get condensed milk in your area? It will be very sweet. Use just 1 tsp of it, mixed with oatmeal. So the oatmeal wont be bland, will taste lightly sweet. Its very nutritious , full of fiber and will help with constipation

But again i have a question and would like to know if this is serious or now..today i have noticed my urine to be foul smelling wit amild abdomen and lower back pain.. is that common or is it coz of any infection? or is it due to my high sensitivity to smells? I m trying hard to stay away from weird smells but this is beyond control..i cannot tolerate anything.. pls tel me if i can ignore this symptom or should i report it to the dr..

try to take lemon juice, buttermilk...will help you with indigestion problem. Also take lots of water. If water taste makes you nauseous (it did for me), take tender coconut water.
