I wonder why they stimulate so many if they are going to put only 1? will they keep rest for Freezing??

Will u be taking complete rest? our Dr is not a big fan of it, says 48-72 hrs is enough..

in my case, no embies left for freezing transferred all 4. General trend here is to transfer 3.
But since Dr said just freezing 1 is not viable, we asked him to put all in.

I was supposed to do blood test today am, but no leave from work...so will do it in eve and hopefully get to see something tomm

Million things going on in my head yde night...what all things can go wrong even if BFP....like ectopic, chemical preg, what i count doesnt go up, unable to think positive :rant

Swatir, i did all my iuis in Guptes' 1st one was with Dr P Kulkarni (Manjiri's husband), but then he left Gupte i think and then SJ joined there

of all Drs i met, we are comfortable with SJ so continuing there all this while

Hi Bhavani,

First it is not 1HB it is 1AB. It is the quality and grade of embroys transfered. yes the embryo is transfered after it has reached blastocyst stage in your case. it is medically proven that embryos transfered in this stage show high success rate.

1 means hatching or cell division status,
A for number of cells tightly packed that forms fetus,
B for quality of cells that form placenta.

As far as my knowledge goes the embie grade is good. take ur medicines on time. check your frequency to loo. it should be normal and adequate. take lots of fluids to over come OHSS. if you feel bloated, tight tummy, decreased urine frequency talk to your doc. If constipation aggravates do not delay talk to your doc. Rest as much as you can and take small walks once in a while.

Retrieving 35 eggs is way too much. It is because of this the doc has chosen to transfer only one embryo. the ovaries gets enlarged after releasing 35 eggs giving less space for the transfered embryo to grow. You r luck not to have OHSS with 35 egg release. to avoid further problems your doc has transfered only one embryo.

Take good fiber rich food like fruits, nuts etc. anjeer is best during TTC and helps sooth constipation problems. Drink lots of water, dont eat spicy food for rest of the days.

Hi,

I can understand how anxious you r. Stay positive hcg levels above 25 should be positive. you can be sure that that the embryo is properly positioned if your hcg levels are above 1000. Hcg levels above 1000 cannot be chemical preg or ectopic.

Last year I too did an IVF in LIfe line hospital in kerala, well thinking about the exp I am not very happy with it. Well I know there where many people with me who where undergoing the IVF cycle more than so many times. AGain for few people it clicks but it didnt click for at all. So this time I am planning to do in Bombay, few people have suggested me docs in bombay but I am still confused which one is good.

So ladies please suggest me the best IVF hospitals in bombay who have good results.
