recipe for kanji

    Hi moms,
    Can anyone plz post me the recipe for the kanji, my son is 1yr old. I am giving him ragimalt, ie ragi n diff beans n grains, he likes it so I would also like to try kanji, as i heard it's rich with badams n groundnuts, but don't know the recipe, so anyone who know the recipe plz share.

    Hi Shwetha,

    Kanji recipe differs from home to home. I make a kanji with oats, rolled barley, broken walnuts, ragi powder, wheat germ pwdr and flax seed powder.

    In my mother's place, she makes kanji using roasted and finely powdered wheat, barley, soy, gram dhal, ragi or jowar.
