Hi Ami, thanks for ur tip. I am suffering delayed periods problem.. some times it gets skipped for 1 or 2 months.. I had a check up done by the Gyneac ... she asked me to eat dates daily as well as include beetroots and other green veggies in diet I am having beetroot and green veggies regularly.. but was scared to have dates due to the weight issue. Will having 1 date daily increase my weight?
