need urgent help - what to feed a sick baby?

    Hi,
    What should I feed a 10month old baby wen hez running Some temp???even in general once we start solids what are the best foods that can b fed to infants and toddlers?

    its best to brest feed and light foods or just leave him if he doesn't want to be feed.give him more liquid food.

    hey goka ,

    first bring down the temperature with medicine and then feed the baby.

    Feeding the baby with temperature would result in only vomitting.
    So however hungry the baby is first give medicine to the baby.

    You can give Rice ganji [recipe here]- fry some rice along with toordal ( youcan replace this with moong dhal on normal days ) and jeera and pepper and grind it in to dry poweder and boil 2 table spoons with some water and get it in to semisolid consistency.

    Please avoid whole milk and susbstitute with formula milk.
