Dear Raghavis,

On scrutinyof your birth chart, it is found that your chart is a delayed one for the reason that Saturn and Rahu are occupying the 7th house from your Ascendant. Normally, the Saturn in the 7th house or aspecting 7th house will delay the marriage. Naturally, it has delayed the marriage. For girls, the Jupiter should be well palced for marriage. For you, eventhough the Jupiter is not a beneficial planets; but it has been placed in 6th house and also it is exalted. Hence, the exalted jupiter has not given much good resutls concerning your marriage.

As far as 7th house, house of life partner is severely afflcited by Rahu and also Saturn, the intensity of Kalathra dosha is high. my husband owns a house at chennai. he gave it for rent in 1979 may. v r trying to vacate the tenant but it became a big problem for us. kindly let us know when will we get our house back. and also let us know whether any pariharams to be done.

As your husband's birth chart, he belongs to Caprircorn Ascendnat and at present, he is running teh dasa of Venus, bieng the lord 5th house and also 10th house, house of profession. The dasa lord Venus is well palced in the 11th house, hosue of profit. Hence, naturally, the period of Venus dasa should have given by better prospectus only. Even thourgh, at present the transit Jupiter is not in a favaourable position of 4th house from your Moon sign, it will be moving the 5th house from Moon from 3rd May, 2010 and this period i.e. from May, 2010 to November, 2010 and then again 2011, wherin again Jupiter will regularly transiting to Pisces sign, ie. 5th house from the Moon sign, which will be beneficial to your husband careerwise.

According to your horoscope, at present the transit Saturn and also Jupiter are not much fvourable to you, since the transit Saturn is in the 8th house from your Moon sign and the transit Jupiter is in the Moon sign itself and once the transit Jupiter moves from Aquarius to Pisces, by 3rd May, 2010, you will have much relief. Apart from this, the boy has the folloiwng doshas

1) Ketu in the 7th house from Lagna;
2) Ketu in the 8th house from Moon sign
3) Saturn in the 7th house from the Venus sign.

Apart from this 7th lord Venus has gone to 6th house, which is also another factor.

7th lord going to either 6th or 8th house is not a good indication for happy married life.

The second lord Moon, lord of family has gone to 12th house, which is also not good for happy married life. However, the aspect of Jupiter on the 2nd lord Moon and also the 2nd house is a relieving factor to a certain extent.

Moreover, normally the Ketu in the 7th is also not good indicator for happy married life. Ketu is Ganakarahan. Ketu in the 7th house will give much less inclination towards family relationship with the opposite sex.

The dasa period for the present is not much helpful. Once the transit Saturn moves from Virgo to Libra, i.e. by end of 2011, He will be aspecting the 7th house, which will promise the marriage.

As he is running the dasa of Rahu, it is better to lit ghee lamp for Goddess Duraga on every SAturday between 10.30 and 12.00 Noo.

As the 7th lord, Jupiter has gone to 6th house, it is very doubtful whether the life partner will be much supportive to the boy.

Regading the happiness inthe married lfie, it also depends upon the life partner also.
