I accidently stumbled on this thread.....though I had written a post in the 'Annapoorna' thread!I have fond memories of CBE, as also the water crunch we had when we were living there.My daughter was born in KNM Hospital.Though we belonged to Chennai, we were there for 12 years, due to myDH's job.I raised both my kids there, and lived in Ram Nagar.My son studied in Avinsh. Nursery, Vidya Vikas and Mani School.

After moving out of there also, my daughter did her graduation in Avinashilingam college, and still maintains contact with a few.Now she is married , has a kid of 3 1/2 years old and settlled in Chennai.

We have friends there and still visit each other, when the occasion warrants.I fee very pleased to meet you all!:cheers

I am arunkumar basically from coimbatore and luckly got job in coimbatore as s/w engineer.I would like to have friendship with coimbatore ppls.After completing college ,i have got job in bangalore so i have been there for 3 years and now i back to my place.I dont have that much friend cricle in my place becoz all of my friends are working in different location.So please anyone accepts me as friend.I would like to have friendship in all the ages.

Hi, I am Sharanya Born and bought up in Cbe. Did my Schooling in Alvernia, and Degree at Ramakrishna Cas.. Right now in kuwait. used to visit Cbe often during vacations and for other functions.
I would also like to share with you that i was also crowned as Mrs. Coimbatore..

I never new there is a forum for cbe'ians.. Love to be in touch with Coimbatore friends...

Wonderful place to meet you gals!!! Am Ramya, I was born and brought up in Coimbatore, but for the past 8 yrs have been just visiting home there, since right from collegedays till I worked I was out of town.... Then things took a turn marriage and I moved out of the country!!!

I love CBE for all it has to offer us!!! Nice to meet all the proud CBEites :hiya!!! Lets have fun sharing thoughts and happening in CBE, would love to keep myself abreast!!!

I am a coimbatorien too by birth. Studied and lived in Ooty for many years. continued my university studies in Chemistry in Udumalpet GVG Visalakshi college (1979/80). Any one from GVG Visalakshi college?? will be pleased to keep in touch.
