Yashi buddy, Such a treat to see those pics......really sweet of you to unearth those and present them here. All it needs now is to provide the background music to bring it to life ! How about the "baby elephant walk " from the old old classic movie called " HATARI"! Have you heard that one? Thrilled to know that my comments to Srini's info on the octopus and its escapades inspired you to research more....thanks for the lovely pics.

Hi Yashi birdie, Thanks a ton for the link to a very hilarious clip on the octopus dancing to music.Excellent choreography on its part .... laughed till my sides split ! Yes, you are right the film "Hatari"belongs to the year 1962...ages before you little kiddo was born! I saw it in my school days and so you can imagine how old it is. Nevertheless the music "The Baby Elephant walk " is still used in animated movies for kids ...so popular like the 'Pink Panther' one . We two seem like huge octopus fans here ..maybe we can start an Octopus Fan Club !!:biglaugh:biglaugh:biglaughWe shall declare buddy Srini as the Prez ! You can be the Secretary and I'll be the first member ...hoping to increase the number of members here !!:biglaugh:biglaugh:biglaugh
dear, it is a very rare picture. cute. At chennai airport, in the huge aquarium kept in a glass box there, I found a crab half went inside a shell, and struggling to move and come out. All the two hours we were there, it couldnt come out. I brought it to the notice of the nearby security wala who just laughed at it and went. ganges
