White discharge

    I am 24 yrs old with 1 kid and now facing problem with white discharge.

    can anyone tell how to prevent this by food and home medicine.

    Hi Sujaathaa, welcome to IL and to Health forum.

    There are many reasons for white discharge and not everytime it means some serious health problems. Do not stay hungry for long time (have proper meal at right time). Eat healthy food (overcooked food lose its nutrients). Have nuts and dried fruits daily. Methi seeds are said to be good for this problem.

    take 12 flakes raw garllic smashed with 1 glass warm milk and soaked 25 kissmiss overniaght in 1 cup warm water , take this morning after taking the garlic milk
