Where to get State ID

We live in Arkansas. Can you tell me whom do we need to contact for state id? I'm a H4 lady. AM I eligible to get SSN?

At your local town/city driving licenses office where you can get State ID and to get that you need to pay some amount.
I dont think so you are not eligible to get SSN but any one can get State ID

Just got my Sate ID. akilaakka, thanks for the info. But I called driving license office and they said I need to contact revenue office. I went to revenue office personally and got it within half an hour. Thanks..
