For a sweet recipe i require Butter Papers and Muffin Cups..Can we find this in stores like Spencer's Daily,More,Nuts-N-Spices or Brown tree..Never been into a baking section of chennai super markets..Any suggestions please Would be great if it is in and around Velachery,Saidapet,Ashok Nagar
Cindhu, even I am searching for them... last time I got them from UK and US but I am at the end of my stock... Hope someone throws some light... Just a thought... you can check any local bakery for these and see if they tell you where you can get the stock from....Let me all check around and will let you know (if not before Diwali atleast it will be useful afterwards)

Cinduja and Ivarada, Try at Currimbhoys, Adyar. You will not find them in any supermarkets, and definately not in Nuts and Spices. N&S is a readymade foods store, so no hope of finding such stuff there. For Butter paper, you can ask in any wholesale plastic covers selling shops. I know of one near the Thiruvanmiyur Terminus and one near the T Nagar Terminus. There must be many! A definate place where you will get it and where I buy is Venus Essences, Walltax Road. This is the road that is right next to the Central Station. These are available in bulk in this shop! Cheers Arch
