    Hi Dinny, lucky,

    Its an old pic!Thanx!

Here is the recipe for Corn khichdi

Pressure cook rice with daal ,salt ,turmeric, jeera powder,Hing, white pepper powder, one green chilly spilt, and 2 spoons of oil.
    I used canned corns
Heat 2 spoonful of ghee saute the corns for 3 minutes.Mix well with the cooked khichdi.
This is very mild-can add more chillies if needed.

My boy is homeschooled, so lunch is usually something we decide on right before I start making it. He also has trouble chewing due to disability, so his diet is pretty much anything soft and not chewy. His favorites right now are macaroni and cheese, tuna or egg salad, rice with beans and veggies, and just about anything with paneer in it (I swear, if people really became what they ate, the child would be a cheese cube).

    Hi Lucky
    Same pinch
I follow the same thing. Dis tiffin was packed with full of protein rich ingredients.
A little doubt? Do u add salt to the batter or not?
