    my daughter is 13 years old,earlier she is very fair now she bcame blackk dont no y ,what diet i have to give her ,b4 period she is sufferenng from fever when periods come means fever is reducing ,so what diet i have to give her plzz tell me

    jot down the changes in food and refular activities of last three months and change accordingly...
    there is no specific food change for menstrual problems
    bu i can say reducing the spice in food will make a lot of difference
