walking for 2 - 3 hours a day is efficient for reducing weight easily. Usually I keep walking almost everyday for 1/2 hr to 1 hr. But there are weeks in-between when I dont walk even 10 mins but only busy with my daily chores.

Whenever I feel I am becoming overweight, I start walking 2 or 3 hrs a day for a few weeks or a month. And I can easily sense that I am reduced. I also eat well during walking. Sometimes even a little more than usual too. So walking can be a good exercise if you have no problems concerning your legs. Try it and see for yourself.

Walking 2-3 hrs may seem to be difficult, but I usually enjoy it with my walkman or with friends or walking a few kilometres surrounding the area around my house, where I usually go for shopping.

Try walking. You will definitely reduce.

    All the best....
