visa procedure FOR Riyadh Saudi Arabia-Newborn born in India

    Myself & my husband are iquma holders at riyadh.I had my delivery at my hometown trichy.I want to get my baby to riyadh after approx 3 months.What is the procedure to get my baby.
    If i have to apply visa what documents and procedure i need to follow?
    Saudi Embassy is available only at Mumbai and delhi.
    Do i (mother) need to tarvel personally to apply for the baby visa? or anyone can apply it.As i husband will not be available in India he will be in Riyadh.
