Thanks for the various dosa recipes. As mentioned here, I too make aval dosa, oats dosa and vegetable dosa with rice, little of urad dal, thur dal, tomatoes, grated carrots, palak etc. It is a hot favourite at home - mostly made on Saturdays (all of us have rice only in the morning). I also make vella dosai and rawa dosai. Shall surely try out ur other dosais and enjoy.
Shall I add one more dosa? Soak 1 cup of rice for 5-6 hrs. Grind it with 5 spoons of coriander seeds, 6-7 red chillies, 1 spoon of jeera, and 1/2 cup of coconut. Add 1 copped onion and salt to it and make dosa immediately.
