Hi ILs, I want to know to how to prepare vegetable curries (poriyal) very tasty. I am new to cook. I prepare curries but it is not that much tasty. Pls give some tips. Thanks, Thangam
Different Variations which you can try are : 1. Adding grated coconut with red chilly / green chilly 2. Adding a pinch of garlic with coconut 3. Adding a small onion with coconut 4. Adding onion and chilly flakes when the vegetable is cooked 5. Adding mustard, urud dhal and chana dal in oil and roasting them. Based on the chosen vegetable and your taste you can try out any of these methods.
