Thanks, Anu. Many times when somebody asks for something there is a hidden request for something else. We act on the surface meaning and that complicates the relationship.
That quote of Russel is beautiful. The problem with the human race is that we have lost our empathy. When others are in pain and suffering that's only 'a fact' to us. Only when we are in pain do we realise its real implication. Empathy is the quality to feel other's pain as if it were our own.

Anu, you are as much an asset to IL as I am. I cannot go on writing unless I receive such emotional comments from people like you. After all it needs two hands to clap.

Thanks sis. The moment I heard this incident I decided to share it with you all.
IL is my second home or a storage of my conscience. Whatever news, events and incidents that affect me will be recorded here. If somebody wants to know about my life in future they'll have all the information in one place.
But that's not the main idea. It's like the enthusiastic child which shares all his encounters in school with the members of his family.
