Kamala few years ago I remember seeing on TV a fiklm called Attack of the Mutant Tomatoes. Nowadatys tomatoes don't even have to mutate to attack us. They give us heart attacks when we hear their price from the vegetable vendor. Tomatoes certainly must be giving onions an inferiority complex by the way they are making people shed tears. i

Nice satire on tomatoes. Some poets have taken upon themselves to glorify the good old days when tomatoes were aplenty and even rotting on the roads. There are lot of jokes making the rounds. The only consoling feelings is that I am not currently in India.
