In today topic of " Nadakatho Patu Cheyalsina vyayamaalu" means exercising through walking. Daily many people walk in the gardens, broadroads for 1/2 to 1 hours. If you do small exercise of your body it will be very usefull. In today programmes they have explained movements of hands, feets, neck( rotations of heads) etc.. They have not mentioned name of the doctor. Please give me more adviced what are the exercise for backbone and neck.
