Review - Dosa Calling
Thank you so much VidyaPrasad. How about Rasam rest in Mylapore? Is it new? Any other suggestion pl. for Veg. restaurants?
chennai has a host of vegetarian restaurants right from small ones to bigger hotels.
deccan plaza is royapettah has two restaurants olives which is south indian and osteria which is italian both are vegetarian.matysa in t.nagar has a good spread of vegetarian buffet.aangan has north indian food, mansukhs in tnagar for gujarathi.........list seems endless for vege delicacies in chennai.
rasam is ok.....i think it is a unit of krishna sweets.
Thank you deep. I will try at deccan plaza for olives and osteria. Other rest you mentioned i have tried in my earlier visit i think. How about fastfood like Gangothiri...i tried last time in T.Nagar and one in citicenter...both was awesome.
i really cant say that chennai has very good places for chaat items other then gangotree ( main branch is on cathedral road) and ajnabi mithai ghar in fountain plaza.rest all are not very authentic.street shops in sowcarpet area are also very good for chaat items.
