Hello Moms, DS has suddenly developed colic over the last 2-3 days. He is 13 mos old. He had colic as a baby, but it kinda stopped after he turned 6 months old. Now he has started waking up in the night crying because of tummy ache again. His tummy gets very bloated and hard, and he keeps farting all the time. Stools are normal, though frequency has slightly increased (from 2 earlier to 3 now). Any idea what could be causing this? There has been no new introductions to his diet over the last week, and his food is always cooked fresh. He is on cows milk at the moment. Thanks.
Brinda , I've heard babies may develop some night terrors around this age. Are you sure it is not that ? If you feel its bloating and tummy problem, have you tried Gripe Water ? If you doubt its cow's milk, then try to replace it with formula for a week. see if that makes any difference.
