(Give only two whistles) Keep aside. Clean and cut turai into small/medium sized pieces. Heat oil in pan. Add sliced onions and chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Now add turai, chana dal along with salt and cook for 20 minutes. Add spices when tender. Garnish with green chillies and coriander before serving.[/font]
