All, I have big ( very big) tin of store brought tomato paste. can all of you pour ideas of recipies i can make out of it. i don't want to throw it away like that. Thanks.

u can make pasta.. ingredients: pasta garlic:7-8 pods finely chopped pepper pwdr:1/4 tspn onions:2 small finely chopped tomato puree : around 1.5 cups..the more you add the more tasty it is oregano: 1 tspn basil:1/2 tspn ginger garlic paste: 1/2 spn recipe: boil water with salt..after it comes to boil add pasta and cook till al dente. add some oil and seive and keep aside now in a pan take some butter/oil add some finely cut garlic saute n add onions..cook till they are soft.if u wish spicy u can add ginger garlic paste here..else leave that.add some salt and add the tomato paste..cook till the butter comes aside..add herbs like oregano and basil and also pepper pwdr.now add the pasta and cook for 4-5 mins..add grated cheese before removing from the stove.. other options you can prepare are: tomato rasam all gravy items with sprouts,chole etc.. also you can use this as spread on pizza..
will the tomato paste store bought is good and how long can that be stored. Please help me where we can buy at Chennai.
