Stress In Family, How To Calm My Mother And Sister

Thanks girls. I understand all that and mom ultimately do everything or sis and needs to vent out.
And sister being youngest is slightly less responsible and looking at her age and phase, she likes to be alone sometimes and spend on herself. She goes to workout to be ready for marriage or shopping and mother wants her to be with her. its not that mom wants her to work/household chores all the time. She needs her to be with her like show some empathy that mom is working and I need to help.
Both love each other and manage fine ( like Rampuri said) but sometimes like this time, matter went out of hand and she kept crying for few days.
I need to be all ears for botth of them.
