very creative and neat work... loved the idea of storage box ..

my daughter was taught to make pen stands and photo frames in the same way in school .. but i must say this is done very very neatly...

Below is another I have modified using rolled papers from an old shoe-box.

for the pen holder, this is what I did:
I took a tube from tissue holder.
Trace the circumference of the tube on the thick cardboard.
Cut the circle out.
Attach the circle to the base of the paper tube.
After you attach the base to the tube, you may cover the tube inside and out with any wrapper to make it better.
Then you can directly paste your rolled papers into this tube.
