A simple and a healthy dinner... Spring onion paratha Ingredients 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup oats powder(optional) 1 cup washed and chopped spring onion 1/2 tsp each turmeric, garam masala powder, red chilly powder Salt to taste Method Mix everything in a bowl and knead to a soft dough and prepare parathas as usual. Panner mutter gravy Ingredients 1cup paneer 1cup green peas 1 each onion and tomato 4gren chilly 3 garlic pods Few coriander leaf 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp cashew paste( 8-10cashew paste soaked in warm water for 10-15 mins and grind to fine paste adding a tsp of curd) Salt as per taste Ghee 1 tsp Kasuri methi 1/4 tsp Method Heat a pan add garlic, green chilly, onion and tomato and roast until tomato turns soft, now add coriander leaf n switch off, Cool and grind the above adding garam masala powder and water to fine paste Heat a pan add ghee, the ground onion paste, cashew paste and cook for 5 mins on medium flame. Now add salt, paneer pieces, green peas, kasuri methi and a glass of water, cook for another 5 mins... Adjust the consistency.. Serve with rotis and parathas. Whole moong gravy 1 cup green moong washed and soaked overnight 1 each tomato and onion 2 green chilly slit 1/2 tsp ghee 1/2 tsp cumin seeds Salt as per taste Method Heat a pressure cooker add ghee, splutter cumin seeds, next goes green chilly, onion and tomato, mix once Add green moong, salt and 2-3 cups kf water, pressure cook for 4-5 whistles...
