Check for hormones . Hormone are real culprit in messing with menses. In case of pcod its still worst.Especially prolactin . Prolactin (small increase) cause irregular menses. And pregnancy symptoms and hormaon imbalance symptom can be looking same kind. Only doctor can evaluate it better.
