Spotting before periods

    Hi,

    Last month 2 days before periods, I had mild spotting. This has happened this cycle also. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening.

    I tried googling but it only scared me.

    Any idea

    i don't think it's something to worry about.i spot 2-3 days before my periods and on 3rd or 4th day AF arrives.

    Hi Tara, spotting happens when we have hormonal imbalance or fibroids etc.... i too had this issue but when i started taking turmeric it has stopped... all i do is drink a pinch of turmeric with half cup milk in the morning and sometimes in the night too.... i just drink it after my b'fast or before going to bed... you can search more about turmeric for spotting.... hope this helps

    Thanks a lot for the tip. I have this issue sometimes but it has happened last cycle and this cycle. I will try having turmeric with milk. Thanks a lot.
