Thanks you @Shanvy for the recipe. I have seen many people making dried ones like this. I have not yet prepared. If you sun dry both toms and tamarind what is the next procedure ? Will u combine both?

No no. Usually tomatoes are spongy. So I thought the texture may denegerate if you cut open. It's just a hypothetical doubt. Because I didn't have experience, I asked.

Mouthwatering :). But Iam seeing only the picture. Do u have the recipe along with the pic? OK a recap. I have to make the combo leave for three days in sun stirring. Then I have to soak the tamarind in residual juice . Sun dry them both. Then I have to mix them add red chilli powder and add the oil. Am I doing correct.

Looks like a great recipe. Will it be very hot with 500g red chilies? Can I reduce the amount?

Yes it will be hot. If you powder the chillies, u can have an idea on how much to use. I made it very spicy. I feel( I really don't know the reason) that powdering the chillies gives me better taste than using ready made chilli powders. You can even reduce few spoons if you want. Thanks.

100gms is ideal unless it is a very sour variety

or make it with a mix of bedagu and guntur chillies. say 100 of guntur and 50
    bedagu. color and spiciness bends
