Spicy potatoes

    Potatoes-450 gms
    onions-200 gms
    chilli powder- 2tsp
    tamarind paste-5tsp
    coconut grated- 1tsp
    oil-50ml
    salt.

    • cook and peel potatoes and cut to required size.
    • grind grated coconout, chillipowder& tamarind paste to a fine paste.
    • Take a pan fry onions in the oil add the cooked potatoes and salt.
    • let the potatoes fry for a while and add the grinded paste and keep stirring until the gravy
