    :hello:The video stresses that one loves himself or herself then everything would be resolved with particular TYPE or method of meditation. The proponents of varities of meditation techniques stress regular dedicated time practise would make one reach the threshold level beyond which the positive results would manifest. It is easy to say but difficult to follow and achieve and so one can not conclude about its effectiveness.
    Soliloquy- the words reminds of great soliloquies used for terrific effect by bard William Shakespeare in his dramas Julius Ceaser - Macbeth -Othello comes to mind. In self help books one finds soliloquy is one of the effective ways to overcome certain type of depression. One come across some talk to themself - he or she could be of any age.thank you.

    Self talk is the first line of defence when faced with a conflict or stressful situation.

    I do agree that this video is about meditation and POSITIVE AFFIRMATION. Lately, I have across scores of articles and videos stressing on positive affirmation and self love. Even if one cannot commit for long to this method, if they can even pick up it's salient features, they would still be benefitted. With that thought I shared the video here.

    I wish I realize it soon.. even though I am a mom of 2 YOUNG girls ( 8 and 5 ) .. I dont have much time to reach that stage ...

    Oh peddadas, you have ample time to work on yourself. Come on, mothers of these days have better exposure and have ample avenues to learn and update themselves. Being on this forum exposes you to many facets of the world pretty quickly.
